Very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Convenient to downtown. When we come back to visit family, we are definitely staying here again. And we didn’t even use the hot tub, but it was definitely on and working!
A quiet and tucked away little getaway! We enjoyed the hot tub, the short drives to everything we wanted to do and being able to wash clothes before heading home.
Cleanliness was superb. Host communication was fast. Location was great for us and our stay was quiet. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Check in and check out eas so easy. I would recommend staying here. Should we come back, I will stay here again. Thanks for a great and stress free stay!
The place was clean and just like it looks in the pics, just missing a few essentials. Hot tub was in need of maintenance during our stay.It worked well as a Basecamp for exploring Colorado springs. Close to garden of the gods and other attractions.
We were pleasantly surprised to find that the cottage was located in a private, fenced in space. Parking in a lot was a perk, especially so close to downtown. The apartment itself was basic, with plenty of room. It was perfect for my dog. The owner was communicative, neighbors were quiet, and overall the property felt very safe.
Neighborhood directly around property very sketchy.Fence dividing property from neighbors had people gathered and smoking continuously

Cozy but a squeeze
Location was nice, close to everything we wanted to do with a beautiful lake and playground right behind us (not necessarily walkable, but 2 min drive). The cozy cottage was advertised for 4, but only had 3 towels and we had to move the couch every night in order to open it.It was fine for our 3 night stay, but our family of 4 would not have enjoyed our stay as much if we were that cozy for much longer.Place was clean and had just enough TP, paper towel, and trash bags for our 3 nights - but again wouldn’t have lasted much longer. My kids loved the hot tub, although it’s shared we never saw anyone else out there.Overall it worked well for our short trip that was mostly spent hiking and exploring the Colorado Springs area.

Long weekend in Colorado Springs
It was disappointing that I wasn’t made aware that the hot tub was not able to be used after my hiking excursions. The welcome email said there would be a raccoon welcome sign but the welcome sign only has the bottom half of the raccoons. The location is kind of tucked behind another building so it’s already hard to find. I had to circle the block three times before I spotted the sign. There was no microwave in my unit even though one was listed as an amenity. I also had to buy my own batteries for the tv remote. The place was clean and easily accessible to my excursion destinations so I made the best of it.
