Lake Life 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeps 12.

Kick back and relax at Tims Ford Lake! Bring up to 12 people, as well as your pet, to our 4 BR, 3 bath lake house. Enjoy the sunroom, which features a cozy sectional, skylights, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. It’s the perfect room for games, reading, bird watching, and enjoying the view on one of the prettiest lakes in Tennessee. The living room features a vaulted ceiling and plenty of seating to hang out and watch the game or a movie. The lower level has a pool table and plenty of board games, just in case inclement weather keeps you from the lake. The dock sits on year-round, deep water. Bring or rent a boat for fishing skiing, or tubing. The dock has a swim ladder, two slips and the ability to moor two more boats. We also have a kayak, paddle board, and floats. Outside you’ll find a basketball hoop, Cornhole, and fire pit area overlooking the lake. Perfect for S’mores or a cold beverage after a long day of sun and fun. The house is equipped everything you’ll need to cook with, including a gas grill, crockpot, and double oven. Grocery stores and Walmart are in nearby Tullahoma or Winchester. Non-lake activities include hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, drive-in movies, the Beechcraft Staggerwing Museum, tours of nearby George Dickel and Jack Daniel’s distilleries, and wonderful motorcycle and sportscar routes.

Please put all trash in the bins outside. For Sun /Mon checkouts, place trash in the tan bin and take to the top of the driveway. The city will only empty the tan bin, and the lid must be closed.

Had an awesome stay

Place was clean and as pictures showed. Area was quiet and laid back. We enjoyed the pool table and all the amenities. Paddle board was fun and Kayak as well! Great place, would rent again.

Gorgeous lake views

We loved the lake house so much room and a beautiful sunroom overlooking the lake! Very well equipped kitchen and lots of lake toys! You won’t be disappointed!!

Relaxing family reunion weekend

Nice large house that slept 10 of us comfortably. The dock was so nice for swimming with plenty of water floats and the ability to park the boat rental. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed this house. It had everything we could need. We spent 2 days just sitting on the dock or in the water enjoying the weather. Lot's of steps to get down and up from the dock, but we all survived them. Would definitely stay there again!

Home is nice but older. We struggled with the musty smell in the home. All of our belongings came home with that smell. There is a humidifier set up but not a drain so it will stop running when the small tank is full. Traveling with older individuals could be difficult with the dock access as there are a lot of stairs with steep incline. We did have a great time with our family. Just recommend some upgrading. Paint and we would get rid of all carpet. To help with smell.

Great place

Our family wanted to celebrate my wife’s birthday on the lake. We had plenty of room and enjoyed being there. We rented a boat and got a discount from staying at the house. Dave was a great host.

Relaxing getaway

This is a great place to spend time on the lake. The house is in a well maintained quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and well supplied. The driveway is big enough to park the boat trailer and several vehicles. Would definitely like to make a return visit.

Lake Time

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was well stocked with what was needed for our stay. There was room for our entire party. We all enjoyed the lake access and dock. The kids enjoyed the pool table during the rain. We would recommend this property for a large group.

Memories made :))

We absolutely loved our stay! We had age range from 1-70, 2 dogs and we had everything we needed! The Sun room is gorgeous. Our family has a boat so we docked it. Swimming and paddle boarding and fishing off the dock. We made meals all 3 nights and the kitchen is stocked. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful View of Lake

We had a great stay at this lake house! There were eight of us and we had plenty of room. The home was very clean and it was easy to communicate with the owners. The kitchen was stocked with all of the supplies needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed beautiful views of the lake from inside the home and outside on the deck as well!

Peaceful house

This house makes us feel like we are in the woods with nothing but nature. And about a 10 minute drive you have all the restaurants and Wal-Mart right down the road. The owners communicated with us. 5 stars

Relaxing Time at the Lake

We were in the area for work for 17 days! The work was stressful but it was nice to come “home” to this property each day and relax by the water. It was even better that we were able to bring our dog and not have to board him for so long. Everything we needed was in the house and lots of stores/restaurants near by. The drive in movie was a big treat. We had fun on the weekends! We rented a boat, saw some waterfalls and toured some distilleries!

Nice House..!

Nice house. Clean. Plenty of room. Good bedroom configurations. Steps down to the dock were easier than expected. Will certainly rent again. Only minor issue is we think the mattresses need to be replaced. But only a minor issue. We also rented a pontoon boat that was delivered to the dock at the house. Very convenient…!
