Welcome to 'EMERALD OASIS', our spectacular gulf front 2nd home, PARADISE away from home. Our beautifully upscale 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, professionally decorated, penthouse condo is on the 21st floor. It is very spacious with 1146 square feet and has 12' ceilings with an incredible oversized balcony that will take your breath away.

PLEASE NOTE: The person renting and using their credit card needs to be at least 25 (this is a building wide rule).

The Master Suite has a comfortable king size bed with its own private bathroom includes a blow dryer and has a direct ocean front view with a sliding door. You walk right onto the balcony that overlooks the most amazing turquoise waters you have ever seen. You will also enjoy the flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, spacious closet and large dresser.

The Guest Suite has two queen beds with its own bathroom, which includes a blow dryer. You will enjoy a roku flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, spacious closet with dresser and night stand.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, granite countertops, electric range, self-cleaning oven, microwave, coffee maker, keurig, blender, mixer, toaster and crockpot. Also provided are dishes, glassware, cookware, eating and cooking utensils. You will have all you need to create that masterpiece dish you love to serve. There is also a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer for your personal use.

Ocean Villa provides covered parking with amenities that include a limited oceanfront fitness room, sauna, indoor/outdoor seasonally heated pool, outdoor pool with sun deck, oversized hot tub and pavilion with gas barbecues for guests to use.
