Greenville University, 6 minutes to Famoda Farm, 20 mins to downtown Travelers Rest, 30 mins to downtown Greenville & 40 mins to Tryon International Equestrian Center. Primary bedroom has Queen bed, private en-suite bathroom, & tv. 2nd bedroom has built-in triple bunk beds & tv. Home also has an outdoor shower, gazebo, grill, + propane fire pit. Main bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo & double sinks. Gorgeous, large open kitchen has everything you need to make a normal meal. There is a nice office area w/ custom concrete desktop. Living room, dining room, & kitchen are all part of the open floor plan. Laundry room has washer/dryer & extra storage space in the custom built-in. Outside there is a brand new deck with Adirondack chairs, an outdoor enclosed shower, a cute gazebo with a dining table & propane fire pit.
