Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

My family of four was very happy with our stay in this condo. After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit concerned but condo was clean, nice, and very spacious. The reception, service people and amenities were all good and well worth the money we spent.Thanks for the hospitality and I would stay there again.

A wonderful, luxurious, place to enjoy Miami! Safe, quiet, upscale, fabulous decor, great and responsive staff, perfect for us. The ocean views are awesome. We enjoyed so much about Miami - the beach, Little Havana, South Beach, the palm trees, had a great time.

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and large. Furnishings and decor were a little sparse given the size of the rooms. The kitchen was nice. Bathrooms nicely update. The air conditioner unit was loud and went on frequently. We closed the bedroom doors to muffle the noise. We let the staff know when we were leaving and they were sending maintenance to inspect the unit. The grounds were nice.

Weekend stay

Pretty good stay for F1 weekend. We had a bit of a plumbing issue the first night but that was resolved the following day. The waitress in the restaurant was super helpful and courteous! The only downside being the morning of our check-out the guy that came to our room was very rude and it felt like we were being kicked out.

Very nice place to Stay. Beach is super clean. Pool too. Staff is great. We didn't get the room we were supposed to but host found a solution and we finally had a nice room for the stay.

Great location, bad maintenance, poorly equipped.

The property was not the one on the pictures. VRBO should not allow it. The property was not equipped at all. No oven pans, only 3 glasses, kitchen cabinets were just empty. However it was clean.

Different room

We were told that our room was not available when we arrived and were given a different room. This room was outdated, carpet was sticky and smelled like pets. The noise goes the Rough the halls and walls of the building and went well best 1am. We were told that we would get compensation in the morning the manager arrived. When I met with the manager she differed me to VRBO to get this resolved. I have contacted them and it’s been a week with no response after they asked for the details of our issue.

Middle Beach. Basic and Tired.

The checkin process was easy. The complex and condo itself was tired and dated. The aircon was really noisy so bring earplugs. The kitchen was functional but we only used the dishwasher. No kitchen cleaning products were provided. The washing machine and dryer is down the hall and costs $5 for a charge card and $2 each for washing and drying. Minimum topup is $10. The location is ok. There's a free trolley the runs up and down Collin's Ave which is handy. Urbers are easy too and never too far away. The beds were not very comfortable and you felt your partners every movement. The shower had ok pressure. The pool was ok. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we'd probably stay somewhere else next time.

Misleading listing

I'm disappointed that when I booked way back in November I made a point of contacting the owner to make sure the unit I was renting was the same as the picture. The person I spoke to assured me it was. Upon arrival the unit was NOT the one in the picture. There was also a deposit that wasn't mentioned at the time that I booked and paid for my rental. Deception and misleading customers isn't a great way to run a business

Needs updating

Although this place is a good deal for the days we stayed, it’s worn out and needs updating. Furniture, bedding, walls look rough. Kitchen sink clogged and couldn’t seem to get u clogged with engineers fixing. Missing key items to make this comfortable: kitchen soap, hand & dish soap; coffee filters; kitchen towels; dishwasher soap; hand soap in bathrooms; unit was hot in the master bedroom; no paper towels. Had to ask for everything via the front desk. The details were missed which would make this place great. Has gym but extremely limited hours, kind of bizarre. Front door deadbolt didn’t work. Cable was lacking and no apps or smart tv.

Annonce non conforme à ce que nous avons eu

J'ai réservé une mastersuite pour ma mère et moi, nous ne l'avons pas eu. Nous n'avons même pas été avisé à l'arrivé, il a fallu le constater en arrivant dans le logement. J'ai été à la réception et ils ont mentionné qu'il n'en avait plus de disponible.Ils ont offert des petits déjeuners sachant que l'appartement est muni d'une cuisine justement pour ce faire des oeufs le matin. Nous avons envoyé un message à l'hôte, réponse seulement 24 heures après. Mon conjoint l'a contacté de Montréal, l'agent qui a répondu à dit qu'il n'avait plus de mastersuite de disponible et qu'il offrait des petits déjeuners (drôle de compensation que j'ai refusé). Finalement le lendemain, l'hôte ma répondu en m'offrant des dejeuners et un remboursement des frais du site VRBO (soit 128$) nous avons séjourné 4 jours. Je suis vraiment déçu de la tournure des évenements, sachant que j'invitais ma mère et que c'était notre premier moment mère fille ensemble. J'ai analysé les annonces par la suite et ce n'est pas la première fois que cela arrive avec cet hôte. L'expérience au résort était très bien ! Les employés étaient sympathique et l'endroit est bien situé.
