NO SMOKING/Vaping OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE GROUNDS.  Filtered cold water and a clean well for pure drinking water. We also provide daily bottled water in sports bottles. Reverse osmosis system and ice maker systems.

Upper Deck/ Lower Walk-out Paver Patio seats over fifty (50) people for sit down meals, for hosting outdoor group events (added booking contract/cost requirements for any events).

Two dining areas inside home can seat 14 each plus 4 in walk-out provide indoor seating for 32 plus we have banquest tables available that can be setup with added seating for additional 32 guests for a family reunion, etc. All events require separate contracts.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES - Available to you are electric bikes and kayaks as well as chartered fishing trips from your dock. Don't worry about bringing fishing gear. We have you covered. Added activity options will appear after you book. One of the newest and best biking trails in the midwest is nearby and runs from downtown South Bend to Niles, Michigan. (See pictures)
Not one but three parks with nature trails nearby. Disc Golf and over 90 Golf Courses within 90 minutes.

CATERING/DAILY HOUSEKEEPING - We can provide daily housekeeping service and a catering or provisioning service at your request. We replenish your Mini bar and sports water bottles daily.

Kitchen includes a Commercial Keurig K cup machine with Dunkin Donuts & Starbucks coffee. We also have provided "Tea Leaves" tea service selections(VIP Club Tea Brand) with both caffeinated and non-caffeinated selections.

BASKETBALL/SOCCER - Goalrilla Pro Glass basketball backboard with half court area has outdoor lighting for 24/7 fun! Everything you could need or want for an event is available here. Special reservations are required for anyone on site at any time other than the specified persons on your reservation. 

GROUP EVENTS are welcome only for Guests that have stayed with us a minimum of 7 nights either cumulative or at one stay and all events require separate contracts at an added cost. 

NO GROUP EVENTS allowed at any time without previous permission and contract. Violations will result in immediate termination with total loss of deposit and immediate eviction. No drugs, no smoking inside or outside, pets of any size or type or any illegal activities allowed at any time. SECURITY There are no cameras on the inside but outside has security cameras for your safety. There are no cameras inside or in the outdoor living areas in the back. Home also has a security system if you would like to use it. 

KITCHENS - Two Kitchens are fully outfitted and we can provide a seasoning/spice options for your added enjoyment. Just ask and we probably have it for you. Kitchen includes a Commercial Keurig K cup machine. We also have provided tea service with both caffeinated and non-caffeinated selections. We have provided fresh Golden Malted waffles and pancake mix with the waffle iron for breakfasts when included. Kitchen has complete knife sets and silverware settings for up to 12 for two days (you don't need to wash dishes every night & housekeeping included with 3 night stays) or we can provide daily service at your request to be included with many plates and bowls as well as disposables if you don't want to do the dishes on vacation. Kitchen has the new hex clad cookware recommended by Gordan Ramsey and also has Asian cuisine cooking appliances including woks, steamers, rice cookers and more.(See pictures)

Bed and Breakfast options - Add daily chef and/or maid service and we will do all the cooking and daily cleaning.

Refrigerator/freezer includes the top rated LG that creates three kinds of ice including craft ice. One refrigerator can be stocked mini bar which is replenished daily. New Samsung Induction /air fryer oven. Air Fryer and microwave are included in main kitchen.



Laundry with washer and dryer are included with Tide/OxyClean/Downy fabric softener & Bounce anti-cling sheets in walkout lower level. Daily Laundry service available at added charge. 

GRILLS GALORE - We have four grill options available depending on your preference with all the tools. We have a new Weber Genesis II gas grill with side burner. We have a new Traeger Timberline Series Smoker with three different wood smoke flavors and we have a large Blackstone flat top griddle for burgers and dogs for group events and an Oklahoma Joe Drum Smoker with temp sensors.
 
CAR PARKING/RENTAL Need a car rental or chauffeur while you are here ? We can have an H2 Hummer SUV, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Maserati Gran Turismo convertible, TESLA Plaid or a new Corvette Convertible Roadster in the driveway when you arrive or we can provide transportation from the airport from Chicago(ORD/MID) or South Bend(SBN) by Limo. All car rentals are handled on separate platforms. Plenty of free parking.

ENTRY CODES/INTERNET - After you book you will receive entertainment and provisioning options with information for best local activities, restaurants and things to do. Discounts are provided for stays over three nights, seven nights and one month. Entry codes, internet name/password are provided within 24 hours of your stay. Rivers Landing has ipad for your use and a 6 station chargers for both apple and android devices.(See pictures)

SAFETY - 360 Degree Security. Home has remote keyless entry, security cameras and lighting all the way around the house for your safety. Codes are provided within 24 hrs of your arrival. No drugs, pets any size/type, smoking/vaping or any illegal activities allowed at any time inside and/or outside at any time. Home is equipped with indoor and outdoor smoke detectors in living areas attached to monitored security system. Home is equipped with decibel meters to detect loud music or noise of any kind. Home has device detectors to monitor number of people in the house at any time.
Group events require separate booking contracts and fees based on what you would like to do and include specifications for available options depending on number of guests. May be contracted for receptions, weddings and space available to cater & host up to 300 people incorporating event tents & rental furniture.
During football and special events only the whole house rental is available. Two (2) night minimum stay required. 
Dedicated office with adjustable height desk in the airy sunlit loft with an elliptical bike and a stationary bike in the walkout for your exercise enjoyment.
