The master bedroom has a large king size bed, 50” flat screen, corner desk, walk-in closet and a beautiful full en-suite bathroom with marble flooring. There are two guests bedrooms one with a plush queen bed and the second with a comfy full. The guest bathroom is in the hall for easy access to all. The living room has a 55” flat screen smart tv that can easily be seen from the dinner table as well as the reclining couch. The kitchen has granite countertops, marble floor, full size dishwasher, electric oven and range, microwave and a new refrigerator. There is a full size, front loader washer and dryer in the hallway closet and an iron and ironing board in master bedroom closet. The backyard is spacious enough for a fun game of catch. Situated right off of Capital Circle, 10 minutes from I-10, on a quiet dead end street. Walk to several restaurants and only 10 minutes from downtown Tallahassee, 15 minutes to FSU’s Doak Campbell Stadium, 20 minutes to TCC and FAMU, 10 minutes to TMH and Capital Regional Medical Center. You'll have the entire house to yourself and driveway parking for two cars.

Nice quiet place to stay. We stayed here for a weekend to attend a NICA mountain biking race at JR Alford. The house is conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was well equipped and very comfortable and clean.

Great stay and area. Didn’t really have any issues. I would recommend putting more cookware in the kitchen like a pan for the oven. Everything was great!!! I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Our group of five enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, clean and easy to access. There were more than enough towels and linens provided as well as special touches, including a coffee bar. The host was very responsive and the check out list was very reasonable. I would recommend this rental.

We needed a place to stay last minute for FSU graduation and Deborah's place popped up. We found the location convenient to everything we needed, just a 5-15 minute drive. Although the highway was not far, the house is tucked away a few streets away in a quiet enclave of homes on a dead end street and I appreciated that. We like to prepare a few meals ourselves especially breakfast when staying out of town. The kitchen was more than adequate and was supplied sufficiently. The Internet was solid and the large smart TV was much appreciated as we watched a few baseball games with no problems. The AC was performing nicely, it was warm a few days and we were comfortable. Deborah had an adequate number of nice towels available for us and they were easy to find. Host answered questions quickly and check in was simple. Our needs were met and then some.

Quant home in quiet neighborhood

We found this property very quaint, clean, comfortable and in quiet neighborhood with easy access to the heart of Tallahassee. Recommend for visiting the city or kids in college (as we did). Our host Deborah was very responsive and easy to work with.

It was OK for what we needed

We needed a place to stay for my son's graduation from FSU and this was one of the few places available, even booking almost a year in advance. It's an older home, cute, but has not really been updated. It was clean, except for the light fixtures in the master bathroom were filled with dead bugs. The master shower is slippery. The TV remote in the main room needed batteries and when we purchased and changed the batteries, we could never figure out how to get the remote to work with the TV again. Not a big deal since we were there only 2 nights. All the beds were clean and comfortable. The AC was cold. It fit our needs for a short stay and not needing to spend much time there. The owner was very responsive and apologized for the remote situation, but it didn't solve the problem. We were happy with the stay.

Our host could not have been more gracious. We came to Tallahassee to avoid the ice storm in the mountains of North Carolina (Jan. 2026) and had to extend our stay because the roads at home remain impassable due to ice remaining on the roads. We had a couple of needs while here and she helped us out right away.
