It was built in 1917 and has remained in the same family ever since, while being continuously improved. Open Studio concept with Queen Murphy Bed and a double Bed Sofa sleeper with tiled bathroom Redwood countertops in the kitchen, with full laundry. Total sleeping capacity is 2 people.
