•French doors lead to the spacious backyard.

3 very large bedrooms.
•Master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom.
•Full bathroom separates two very large bedrooms, each has a queen bed and a triple bunk bed.
•Additional sleeping is available on the sectional of the main floor. Pack and Play also available.

Outside:
•1/2 acre with plenty of grass to play games.
•Long driveway for parking.
•Backyard has a cement patio with a
grill and Hot Tub.
•Fire pit for roasting marshmallows.

Very clean, and quaint. Just the right stay for a little get away. We thoroughly enjoyed North Bear lake, Minnetonka Cave, and the raspberries fest. The host were extremely responsive, and the hot tub was our favorite part

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. I will say the hot tub had a somewhat funky smell but it went away after taking the top off and letting it air out.

Clean & spacious house

We enjoyed the large house and the jacuzzi, as well as all of the fun things to do around Bear Lake. Highly recommended.

Paris House

We had a lovely stay at the Paris House. The location is close to North Beach and Montpelier, Idaho. We loved El Camino Donut and Art Shop in Paris, Idaho. The house has three bedrooms and can sleep 13 people! Great experience!

The property was as advertised and more! Just minutes from the north beach and beautifully furnished with just about everything you would need in your own home. I took a coffee maker, but there was one already there. The back yard is huge with plenty of room for the rugrats to run off some energy. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Kevin is kind and very pleasant to work with. We'll be back next year. We're making this an annual trip and this property will be our first choice when we get ready to book.

The home was fine needs some painting and grass mowed and the ground beetles and ants were not pleasant the owner may want to have the grounds sprayed. The hot tub had a broken light or jet cover and had alotOf small pebbles in it so we didnt use it which was a bummer. The house has very old carpet which wasnt appealing. The showers and tub were clean and plenty of towels were provided. The beds were comfortable. Once the house cooled down the stay was comfortable. The amount of rental is over priced for what you get.
