Recently Renovated Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Condo with full kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area, living room and deck. This unit sleeps six comfortably. This is a 2nd Floor Unit with elevator access. The condo is the closest unit to the elevator. Enjoy the quiet and privacy of this unit. This unit is located on the quiet and cooler side of the building. You will not hear the road traffic. Relax on the deck after a long hike.

Our family friendly condo is located on the second floor and offers all the comforts of home. The master suite has a king bed while the large second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. We have provided a pack and play to make it easier for guests travelling with infants and toddlers. Both bathrooms have recently been updated and have granite counter tops. There is beautiful oak electric fireplace with 42" LED TV in the second bedroom. All linens and bath towels are provided.

Enjoy mountain views while relaxing on our large balcony. Unwind in front of the gas fireplace on the new sectional sofa while watching a movie on our 55'' LED flat panel television or playing a board game. We have provided board games for your enjoyment. There are three LED flat panel televisions with access to streaming services, cable TV and a DVD player. Our well appointed full kitchen will fulfill all your cooking needs. If you are not in the mood to cook, the condo is located a short walk to area restaurants.

There is also NO resort fee to use the amenities.

Unlike like other complexes, the indoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi spa, Health Club with free weights, circuit training machines, cardiovascular machines, saunas and racquetball court are located in the building. A short walk inside the building from the condo. The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi spa are located outside from the indoor pool. There is also a large game room inside the building.

There are air conditioners in the living room and queen/bunk bedroom. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and in the dining area.. The condo is located on the north side of the building which is the cooler and quieter side of the building. You will not hear the road noise from Rt 112 ( Main St.). It is probably 10-15 degrees cooler in the Summer than the front side..

Free WIFI within the building and unit.

We have supplied an electric George Foreman barbecue on the deck for your use. Gas and charcoal grills are prohibited per the Town fire code. There is a charcoal grilling and picnic area at our complex which is a short walk from the condo.

Upon reserving my condo, you will be provided with detailed instructions with photos of the lockbox and door lock along with a confirmation letter. The door code is sent via email, two days before your arrival. The condo door has a keypad deadbolt lock. It is convenient since you do not need to carry a key for the unit door.

We follow stringent cleaning practices; we’ll be sanitizing the homes using disinfectants, disinfecting products once more on all high-touch hard surfaces on their way out. We have also left cleaning supplies for your use.

The Nordic Inn Board of Directors has decided that effective immediately, if you cause the building alarm to activate for a non-emergency, such as ventilating your unit due to burnt cooking, the unit owner will be assessed a $500 fee. This fee will be passed onto the guest if they or their guests are responsible for the fire alarm going off. The fire department responds if the alarm goes off and the entire building must be evacuated.
