Welcome to Sunrise Vista! Relax in our peaceful, secluded cabin 4400' high up in Boone with incredible long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Here you will feel like you are miles away but only a 7 minute drive to downtown Boone and a short drive to all that the High Country has to offer. Sip your coffee on the porch with the morning sunrise, relax by the fire pit overlooking the mountains or enjoy the entertainment of the game room.
Other things to note
November to March - winter conditions during these months mean there may be snow/sleet, ice and mud. A 4-wheel drive/AWD vehicle will be necessary to get up to the cabin and you may need snow chains as well. Every effort is made to clear the snow from the roads and the driveway in the community but may not be done at the time of arrival. No refunds are given for weather-related issues. There is parking at the bottom end of the driveway if you prefer to walk up.
There are about 12 stairs to get up to the main living area.
