The home was very beautiful and everyone in my family was very impressed with the house. Everyone was happy with their rooms and excited about the games provided in the home as well as the pool and hot tub. We all said we would stay there again if we plan another trip like this. Thank you so much to the hosts who were great communicators. Thanks again!
Property was beautiful. The pool is deep and was very warm. Host had the hot tub cleaned while we were there. All the amenities made our stay very enjoyable. There’s plenty of room for everyone to hang out, socialize, play games or relax. Bedrooms and beds are clean and comfortable. Owner was responsive and quick to address any requests. Kitchen is stocked but not overly; we had to run the dishwasher a lot so we had enough cups and silverware; plan ahead for food storage if necessary. I needed to get a new propane tank for the grill as the ones provided were pretty empty. Master bathroom sinks drain very slowly. We didn’t get a message about checking in or out, but the host gave us the door code and there was a sign near the entrance about checking out procedures. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay with family. We were sad to leave and I would definitely stay here again if I make another trip to Phoenix!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Communication
Perfect amount of space and things to stay entertained while hanging out.
Much more worn than the pictures show.
Toilet in one room was loose from all fixation.
One bathroom sink was plugged.
Items were not found where they were said to be (ex: lighter, fire pit key, golf clubs & balls)
Terrible communication- did not hear from host until complaint was filed through VRBO (day of arrival)
Only email received stated that we would get a “more detailed checkout list” which we never got.
Dish drying rack and sink plug would be nice to hand wash dishes as needed
Seals on doors and windows are terrible.
Bathroom pocket door in one room wasn’t even close to being able to actually lock and latch.
Closet doors were broken.
Walls in one bathroom were filthy.
Tile in shower was super mildewy.
Floors were broken and shattered in main kitchen area.
Air filters appeared to have never been changed.
Very little propane to run grill- extra tank was empty.
Could definitely use more hand towels for kitchen rather than needing to use paper towels.
Pool towels were awesome.
Chairs by pool were very nice.
Hot tub water looked very sketchy.
Pool guy came without us knowing he would be stopping by so that scared the kids that there was a stranger in the backyard.
Doors had no seals- you could see daylight through the edges.
Fire pit was wonderful to sit by in the cool evenings.
Pool was perfectly heated.
Beds were comfortable unless you prefer a softer mattress.
TVs were nice.
We were 2 families staying together, ages 8 & up, for a total of 9 people. The space was great for gathering, with the kids either in the pool or playing pool every minute we were in the house. And lots of great relaxing spaces. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels to use.
However, the place has gotten a little run down since the posted pictures were taken. This might not be a big deal to some but the leaking ceiling when it rained, the single burner working on the stove, and the one bed being held up by a bucket prevented me from giving this a 5 star review. Logan was quick to respond to my questions, though a couple of minor things were not addressed. Overall, the space was well laid out and decorated, and comfortable.
