Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and all outdoor spaces during their stay. Enjoy the open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining space, bedroom, spa-style bathroom, and convenient in-home laundry nook. Step outside to relax in the fenced backyard with outdoor dining, a propane firepit, and a gas grill — your private oasis in the heart of downtown. The property is fully fenced, offering privacy and security for guests and pets. However, please note that while the yard is enclosed, it may not be fully escape-proof for smaller dogs. A small locked bulkhead storage area is located to the left of the back door and is reserved for supplies. Please do not attempt to open or stand on the bulkhead. Other than that, all areas of the home and yard are yours to enjoy.

This home is located in a quiet downtown neighborhood with long-time residents nearby. We welcome guests seeking a relaxing stay rather than a party setting. Please keep outdoor noise to a reasonable level at all times and especially after 10 PM. If you’re planning loud gatherings or late-night outdoor activity, this may not be the right home for your stay.

Smoking or vaping is never permitted inside the home. Guests may smoke only outdoors in the designated patio area and must use proper receptacles for disposal. Please keep doors closed while smoking outside to keep the home fresh.

✶ Firepit & Grill ✶
The home features a propane grill and outdoor firepit for guest use. Check any posted local fire restrictions before using. Please follow all posted instructions and use only as designed — never add wood, charcoal, or other fuels. Always turn off the propane and ensure the flames are fully out before leaving the area.

We’re happy to host qualifying pets — please message us in advance to review our pet policy and ensure a great stay for both you and your furry friend. The yard is fully fenced for convenience, though it may not be escape-proof for smaller pets.

✶ Rental Agreement & Permit ✶
Upon reservation confirmation, guests will need to complete a rental agreement outlining the terms and conditions for use of our property.
