Beautiful property and first class amenities

Location is excellent ! Close to Bucerius , grocery stores and Wonderful restaurants . The property also has a very good restaurant !

Had a fantastic stay, Gerardo was a wonderful host and provided a very hospitable stay. The condo was extremely clean, the beds comfortable and the view was gorgeous. The complex has amazing pools and seating on the beach. There is a restaurant on site which was very convenient and has great food. The location was perfect as we could walk to Bucerias for lunch or dinner. Our last day we watched whales from the restaurant while having lunch. Looking forward to booking our next stay in a few months.

Beautiful vacation home

The place is super clean and the staff are attentive and friendly. It was hard for taxi drivers to find the place as the name of the building is unclear from the paper work. Other than that, staff is very helpful. My mother fell while we were in Puerto Vallarta sight seeing and the staff at Maritima went above and beyond to help her and make her feel comfortable. Thank you to all the staff and owner for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. Nora Saucedo
