Everything was perfect with Sandhill House! It's in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and the house was tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture. We loved it there and have booked the house again for next year. Can't wait. Highly recommend this house and Erin was very easy to converse with.
Staying at Erin’s Sandhill Home was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Erin was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended. Thank you,
Bed and pillows comfortable, slept well. The home is spacious, with room to spread out. Neighborhood is quiet, with limited vehicular traffic.Neighbors are respectful of each other's privacy. The house feels secure, with appropriate locks, fencing, window treatments. Keyless entry is helpful.Free-standing floor-length mirror makes me look skinny!Loved the welcoming touches and decor. Master shower is delightful. (We would have appreciated a grab bar and a foot rest, but we enjoyed the various shower settings.)We never got the hang of tv operation, but we found several fascinating programs to watch, which were gorgeous on the big tv and as seen from luxurious recliners! The ice maker knocks like someone is at the door (just like ours at home! ). We got used to it in short order, tho, and simply turned it off at night. There is a canvas on the pergola, and when blown by the wind makes flapping noises. Most nights it was not bothersome. We had gale-force winds for a couple days, and that's when we most noticed it. Having two tables (kitchen and dining room) was wonderful for our various activities (laptop, jigsaw puzzle, and eating! ).We discovered Fantini's for dinners, and found it to be irresistible for its deliciously creative Italian fare! Also Tide House for seafood and creative flatbread options.
The home was very clean, beautifully decorated and in a very quiet neighborhood. Erin was very responsive to any questions we had. The home is about a mile from the Greenway, so it was a great location for runners too! We will definitely boom again when we come to visit FL!

Hosting you was a pleasure! We welcome you back to ur home any time!
We enjoyed our stay here very much in its quiet neighborhood. You need to drive to restaurants and shopping but it is close by.Erin was easy to very easy to work with. One suggestion is to provide instructions on how to access regular tv channels, e.g. abc, nbc, etc, in the house (via youtube tv). Thanks Erin for your excellent responsiveness.
Everything was clean and in good repair. Very quiet and comfortable.

About the host
Hosted by Erin Byington
I am from Utah, have two daughters, and enjoy the outdoors. I became a host because we cannot be at our second home all of the time, and it is simply too wonderful to not share and have others also enjoy it.
Why they chose this property
