The family room boasts a cozy fireplace, creating a warm & inviting atmosphere. The main bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a jetted bathtub for ultimate relaxation. One of the highlights of this property is its expansive backyard, complete with a desert landscape & a sparkling pool. Enjoy the privacy provided by the view fence & the unobstructed views. Whether you're lounging by the pool or hosting a BBQ on the patio, the outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the Arizona sunshine.
**Owner pays the first $250/month for utilities. Anything over this amount will come out of deposit.
