Large enough for 6 adults, 2 kids and dog. There were 5 more beds that we didnt even have to use. Open floorplan of Living room/Kitchen/Dinning Room was great to keep the whole family connected while relaxing in front of the TV and Fireplace at night. House was stocked with all the necessities such as Towels, Bedding and all Kitchen necessities.
The property was very nice overall. It took us a couple of days to get used to the driveway, but we quickly became pros. The downstairs bedroom felt a bit tight with the queen bed, but it was manageable. We really enjoyed the fire pit, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay.
Our family stayed for a few days to celebrate our daughter’s graduation at JMU. We are so glad we chose this home. It was big, had all you needed for a family getaway, and was located within the beautiful Massanutten Resort. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!
We stayed with our family to celebrate and enjoy JMU family weekend with our 2 students, parents, and grandparents. This house allowed for a large enough area to entertain and enjoy games and dinner, but still offered a good bit of privacy for each couple in our family. Great location. Will plan to stay again next year
The location in the resort was great! The open living, dining and kitchen worked out great for a group. The online photos and description made it difficult to determine sleeping areas prior to arriving. The bunk room is two sets of double bunks. The bedroom on the lower level was very tight quarters with the lower level being cold. It was very helpful that soaps, toiletries, paper towels, trash bags and dishwashing supplies were provided. Some Keurig supplies were also provided which was very nice. Games and puzzles were also available.

disappointing property
Unfortunately we do not have any pictures. We arrived late on a Friday and my daughter cleaned up the leaves the next morning before I could take a picture. The cleanliness of the home was terrible. My concerns other than that are as following and I am not sure pictures would show these concerns. Someone needs to go to the home and take a look at the concerns:*Rugs are filthy, and appear that they have not been vacuumed in months. We would not allow our grandchildren to sit on the carpet nor floors.*Cabinets are greasy*Downstairs bedroom is musty and should not be used*Leaves were on the bunk room.*The lower beds are about 4 inches off the ground- are people really expected to get on their knees to get in a bed???*Nails are 'popping' out from the wood decking. I had to constantly monitor my grandchildren to make sure they did not step on them. This needs to be tended to immediately before someone steps on one and it goes through the bottom of their foot*The door to the bunkroom has a panel someone tacked on- not sure what that is about? *The pictures on VRBO make this look bright- it is actually dark and dingy, a total misrepresentation of the actual home.*The driveway is an accident waiting to happen!!! So steep cars can barely make it up and going down is tricky and dangerous. If you look on my profile, you will see I have used VRBO through the years. I have always been happy with the homes. This was a family gathering that included people from St. Louis,
