Our beautiful home is in a quite neighborhood. Downtown Sanford 3 minutes away. Daytona, Disney with in driving distance .home is located in front of Bel-Air Way Park (See Pictures . The 4 bedrooms have been decorated with different world styles. Close to everything but away from the tourist traps . 5 miles from Boombah sports complex on E lake Mary rd. The house is 4miles fromSanford Int. Airport .
30 minutes from MCO. Quick acces to 417 and I-4. New Smyrna beach 30 miles
The space
The master bedroom with an office and master bathroom are in one side of the house .
The other 3 bedrooms with its bathrooms is on the other side of the home . The kitchen, dinning and living room is in the middle of it all.
