Excellent for Cottonwoods Ski Trip!

Me and two close friends had a fantastic long weekend in Sandy, using this property as our home base to ski Alta, Snowbird, and Solitude. The property was spacious, well-kept and a perfect location for a small group. We absolutely loved having a soak in the hot tub after a long day skiing!

Great Location, Comfortable Home

2 friends and I travel to SLC each year to ski. The location was perfect for that and the home was comfortable. The owner is very responsible and followed up on each of our questions quickly.

Great location and space for skiing adventure

Well accommodated home with all the amenities. 5 minutes from entry to Cottonwood Canyon and another 20 minutes to the best skiing in the USA. Will be looking forward to staying again.

Convenient location to groceries, restaurants and entertainment.

We live out of state and come to visit our children and grandchildren. Property was wonderful for cooking a couple of meals that we could all have together and play games.

Great Condo in Sandy

The condo was very comfortable for my family of 5. It was convenient to the Historic Sandy Station, with UTA bus access to the ski resorts. It was also convenient from the airport and visiting Salt Lake City.

Great House for Skiing the Canyons

This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house with nice fireplace living room, fully equipped kitchen, and large playroom. Danielle, the contact person, was excellent. This Sandy, UT location is near two large supermarkets and is a short drive to both Little Cottonwood Canyon and Big Cottonwood Canyon. We stayed 2/17/2020 to 2/24/2020.

Perfect for a Ski Getaway!

The owner allowed us to check in to the property early and the property was very clean and exactly as described. We had 3 couples in our group and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect house. It took a few phone calls when we were checking in to get the access instructions but other than that everything was smooth sailing. The living room, basement, kitchen, and bedrooms were perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The hot tub was perfect for us after our days skiing. It really only fits 4 people at a time. We went to Solitude which was about 25 minutes to 30 minutes from the house which made getting to the mountain extremely easy. Also there are plenty of stores within 5 minutes of the house. Overall I would highly recommend this house for a group of 6!

Great house, great value

Group of 4 friends on a ski trip. The house checked all the boxes. it was clean and comfortable, had a garage for keeping all our ski gear in the evenings. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor where all the bedrooms are. Had one problem with the porch light strobing when you walked up to it. It was on a switch, so we just turned it off, but hopefully the owner takes care of that, but not a big deal. Very good value for a 3-bedroom house in the Sandy area, but it does only have 3 queen beds, so it doesn't sleep as many as some of the more expensive 3br homes, but also notably less expensive than those other homes. Great for 3 couples or smaller group of friends. Small pet peeve--only has Keurig machine--no drip coffee pot. They supplied quite a few pods though so we just packed our purchased ground coffee home with us!

This exceptionally clean home is spacious and very well stocked. There is ample room to spread out and enjoy the area. Handy to the ski areas.

Great location and nice home

We were on a ski vacation and this home was perfect for our family. We appreciated the hot tub, but found it a little unusual that the notebook of directions required the renters to treat the hot tub with chemicals. The home had plenty of extra blankets and towels and was nicely laid out and decorated.

While you enjoy all the wonderful activities that Utah Winters have to offer I however will be off chasing the sun and green fairways. While I travel I would like to make our home available for your family to enjoy. I have family in California and locally. I am blessed to be the grandfather of nine and lover to all animals. It is our hope that when you choose to visit that our home can provide you, your guest/family a very comfortable, clean and friendly environment. Throughout the years we have hosted many guests, family functions, parties and activities in our home. Our home features a full size kitchen stocked with the essentials, dining room, outdoor patio, outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub, Private Master bed/bath room, 2 additional bedrooms, full laundry room and easy access to many accomodations.
