Lovely home

The townhouse is immaculate; extremely well stocked, great central location. I would definitely stay again. I called Adrienne once and she answered immediately. We've stayed in several other places in SSI, but this is by far the nicest.

Immaculate St. Simons Townhouse

Spent 5 days on St. Simons Island in this beautiful townhouse. This was one of the cleanest and up to date VRBO's we have stayed in over the past few years. It is located in a small and very quiet Townhouse complex. We would highly recommend this property if you are visiting St. Simons Island.

Baby’s first beach trip

The stay here was incredible! Close to everything and not a lot of traffic. Quiet neighborhood. The pool was very nice and had it to ourselves for the most part. The house was cery clean and cozy, but still spacious! Thank you again for for such an incredible experience.

Everything about this place is rated A+ ! The back porch was spectacular and the interior design was very impressive along with the hosts 100% accommodating. Ample room as well for two couples & children . Very quiet & serine as well & convenient to all attractions and stores as well ! Love our stay very much, you won’t be disappointed at all whatsoever 🌈

This home was so relaxing and inviting. The owner was very responsive to my questions. It was quiet, peaceful and a great location for my small chihuahua. It was everything I wanted and it was only minutes to everything I wanted to see and do.

Relaxed Stay

The house was beautiful, we really liked the fact that the half bath was on the main floor. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable. The neighbor hood is quiet. We recommend a visit to Fort Frederica we had a great time there. If you like pinball you need to visit Pinball Palace in Brunswick.We would book this house again if available if we come back.

This condo was spacious, clean, and up to date! We had a party of 6, and we had plenty of space to spread out! Even with all preteen/teen girls! Adrienne was extremely fast in responding to messages when I had questions! Check in and check out was extremely smooth and easy! Would definitely recommend!

Very clean, beuatifully decorated, safe neighborhood. I thought the rear yard was enclosed, but it wasn't, not a big deal. I was not fond of dressing down beds, otherwise a very enjoyable stay

Excellent Host

We enjoyed our recent stay very much as the condo was very nicely appointed, roomy, and very clean. Also, the small community was very well maintained. Our host was top notch with timely and easy communications. She has thought of everything including extra TV remote batteries (the remote suddenly died Sunday night) which saved the day. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Beautiful and private

Beautiful and well appointed townhome in the middle of everything. Easy on and off Island for further exploration! We had our bikes so could explore the entire Island and did so daily. I cant say enough about the owners, she was always a text away to answer questions and provide answers. My husband and I spent a wonderful month here and the only downside was the couch and master bed were less than comfortable for a longer stay.

Wonderful experience

Our family stayed for an overdue vacation. We had our 22 and 18 year old kids and dog with us. The condo was extremely clean and had everything needed. The instructions clear, and we had no problems. The host and I communicated well and she responded quickly to all of my messages. I would definitely come back and stay again.

The Reserve at Demere is one of the most convent locations on the island. Easy access on and off and close to everything! We love riding bikes to our favorite restaurants and enjoying live music around the island. It's also a dog lovers island! Close to the Epworth Dog Park and convenient to the Mallery Street Park. Don't forget your pickleball paddles - courts at Mallery Street.
