Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Kindly strip bed linens, and start up the washer/dryer combo unit. Drop off any trash in the dumpster across the street from the gym. This will help me tremendously regarding low cleaning fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please no parties on property. Voice is carry on the patio area especially over the water. Please be courteous to neighbor's.

Excellent communication, super quiet community, my kids loved fishing in the canal. House had everything needed to cook. Short drive to downtown for dinner or to the beach! Would stay here again.
