About this property

Laurel Haven: Modern Cabin Retreat near Gatlinburg

Laurel Haven is on a wooded acre minutes from the bustle of Gatlinburg, with the Great Smoky Mountain National Park minutes away. Easily accessible on Hwy 321 and convenient to all the area has to offer.
Laurel Haven is a modern cabin with the traditional feeling of a mountain home. Nestled amongst mountain laurel and holly trees, you will have plenty of fresh air for relaxing while enjoying the entire cabin to yourself.

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee or tea rocking on the front porch and plan your day in the serenity of the Great Smoky Mountains. Truly, if you're looking to explore the GSMNP without the crowds, Cosby is for you. The hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are nearby, but Cosby and our cabins provide a true mountain experience. You can even avoid the traffic congestion by coming off I-40 at the Newport or Wilton Springs exits and find a quiet, scenic 14 mile drive.

There's parking on the premises as well as an outlet for electric vehicle charging. A Nema 14-50R outlet for EV charging is provided for register guests only. Guests will need to bring their own charging cables, etc. NO RV charging and/or RV stays.
Another rental cabin is on this wooded lot and other guests may be present during your stay, but your outdoor picnic area and firepit are for you private use. Because the driveway and parking area is shared space, we ask you limit cars to two and share the charging outlet equally. Please be aware that the driveway is short, but steep to the road.
Pets are NOT allowed. Any unauthorized pets brought in the cabin will result in an added $100 fee for a deep cleaning. Parties/events are NOT permitted. Also, bears have been spotted on our property, so you are asked to keep garbage and coolers from collecting outside.
Wherever you choose to stay in the Smokies, we wish you a wonderful time and safe travels!

Great Host!

Very easy to get ahold of if needed. Very pleasant to deal with. The cabin was in outstanding condition...a shame I'm older, the ladder to the loft was out for us old folk, but we worked around that. Just a nice stay, thank you.

Clean, comfortable, tasteful and great location

Just what I needed. A lovely, new, well designed and well outfitted cabin. Everything was as advertised and even has charging ports at the parking space for an EV, picnic table etc. Driveway is a steep slope from the road but not dangerous. Right in the edge of the national park. Communicative hosts. Just great.
