Covered parking for 1st car.
3 bedrooms, master w/ king size bed & oversized bathroom.
2nd bedroom has queen size bed with its own full bath, 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds that connects to a 3rd full bath. Magnificent views from living room, dining room and master bedroom. Pool with lounge chairs. Dock for fishing. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. 2 miles to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
The space
There is access to a beautiful pool with deck, lounge chairs and tables. A bathroom by the pool. A grassy play area by the water. Access for kayaks and paddle boards of your own.
Any that are onsite are not for guest use.
Other things to note
There are many owners of this condo that do not rent. Please respect their privacy and their home.
Outside clean up when using the pool area is expected, and all over the property grounds.
There are many trash cans where you need them.
