Amazing view

We loved the location of this condo. The beach was fantastic and we saw dolphins almost every day. The nearby fishing pier, restaurants, and turtle sanctuary were all fun to visit.We enjoyed the bike path that led to Gulf Islands National Seashore and Opal Beach.

Nice condo

We loved our stay here. We were expecting a bright red sofa according to the pictures but thank goodness we were pleasantly surprised with the navy. For around $1000 the place could be updated pretty good. I would definitely take out that old tv stand and put a long buffet on that wall and I would update the bed spreads to quilts. Beds were a little hard but comfortable for us. Kitchen was stocked pretty good as well. The covered parking was a plus. The condo is 2 bedrooms but is much bigger than places I have stayed before. Plenty of room on the beach even though it was Fourth of July week. Other family members booked 2 more condos here so it was nice having everyone together but with our own space. Pool is big and many owners actually live here which is nice. We met some nice people. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. Looking forward to next year.

So loved our visit! Beautiful view and well maintained! Would stay again! FYI does have a k cup coffee brewer. We didn’t see one in the pictures but the unit does have one for those that may want to know!

Best Vacation We've Had!

When we arrived we easily found the reserved, covered parking space. The elevator was just steps from the parking spot. The condo was directly across from the elevator. So far this was an excellent location. Then we opened the door and saw the view. Before we could set our things down we were walking directly to the balcony to take in the amazing view! This was not just an excellent location, but the perfect location! The 5 the for is high enough to get an overview of the entire breach, but not so high that you get dizzy looking down at the beach. The Emerald colored waters were beautiful against the white sand. We were loving it already. The rest of the stay was just as enjoyable. The condo was well-stocked with everything from kitchen-ware to games/books to laundry items and of course beach items. There were a few minor issues such as the toilet paper holding being broken, but we were able to communicate with the owner easily and this didn't hinder the enjoyment of our vacation. The Regency is a great faclity. Security staff were present but didn't make you feel uneasy. The luggage carts were an excellent amenity when unloading and loading an entire families luggage. The walkway to the beach was in good condition and the showers/hoses to wash of the sand were a must! The pool was well maintained and the location under the stairs for leaving your sandy beach items was perfect. When the kids tell you it's the best vacation we've had, you know it was good!

The property was absolutely amazing and everything I hoped it would be. I have been staying at the regency for years and it never disappoints. Atula has been an amazing host and has amazing communication. Check in was super easy and the views were fantastic. Everything was clean! Navarre Beach Regency

Beautiful place with great views. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the balcony has amazing views up and down the beach. We stayed the month of March and really enjoyed our time here.

beware of the sofa bed

the property is advertised indicating that it has a sofa bed in the living room. When we opened the sofa, we noticed that the mattress is extremely thin and of very poor quality. Our intention was for our two daughters to sleep there, but after the first night they spent there it was so uncomfortable that we had to buy inflatable mattresses for them to sleep on. Despite the apartment’s very good location, we will not stay there again.

Beautiful Beach Condo!

We loved the area, and the beach and pool couldn’t have been more easily accessible from the condo (the elevator was right out the door). Beds were comfy, rules and guidelines were all together in a binder, which meant we had all information at our fingertips. I really appreciated that. Kitchen was beautiful. Bathrooms were needing a bit of TLC, and that’s honestly my only gripe. Other than that, the condo was very nice. I appreciated how seamless check-in was, and literally anything we needed or wanted to know was in or near the binder. Next time, we will definitely use the $50 grocery delivery service. I wish we’d used it this time. The beach was LOVELY, and the other people in the condo (owners and guests alike) were so friendly and nice. I’d recommend this condo to anyone going to Navarre Beach, and we hope to use it again!
