Paradise

We had a group of family and friends. The house is beautiful (can use some little updates). The pool area is very nice and relaxing. It’s like having a personal resort to yourselves. Most popular punta Gorda attractions are within 30 minutes of the property. We will definitely be back!

Best Place in Arcadia!

Was having trouble renting this property on a another similar vacation rental site. Went onto the Verbo app and was able to get in contact with the property owner. Was very easy to work with and the property is probably one of the most beautiful I’ve stayed in the past 10 years. Especially for the money. As being someone who has traveled quite a bit and been to multiple countries somehow this one makes you feel right at home. Beautiful architecture, beautiful property, would be a disservice to not rent this out if it is an option.

Great family getway

Our family loved this place. We are all in public serving work. So the secluded setting was perfect for us. Neighbor was so nice and friendly. We had 3 young kids. They enjoyed the pond and the wildlife. Great opportunities to teach respect and love for nature. The open floor plan was so wonderful for our group. Gavin was so helpful and gave great information about Shelby our Neighbor. It is under renovation so if you can deal with the retro style thats different thing. But we so enjoyed the pool and property. Would do this again.
