Great house

Lots of space for adults and kids to have their own area. Kitchen well equipped. Fenced yard was a plus. Olivia Beach is always a beautiful neighborhood to stay in. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Everyone was happy.

Great Layout

The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. Great booth/table for playing board games, master bedroom away from the kids, fenced yard for the pup and hot tub was much enjoyed. Arriving at night was a little challenging to find the driveway but we figured it out.

Cozy stay close to the beach

This is a great place to stay in Lincoln City. A short walk to the beach if you are looking for a beautiful place to take a stroll in the early mornings or look for sea stars in the tide pools at low tide. The neighborhood is safe and the pool is right across the street when the kids want to go for a swim in a heated pool. We will definitely look to book Sand Seeker again when we return to Lincoln City.

Nice property with great outside space

The outside space at this home is especially nice and the home is comfortable and as pictured in the listing. All communication/check in was smooth. We had a great week and would stay here again!
