Very smooth check-in process and stay for our group of 11 extended family celebrating my parents' 50th anniversary. We found everything we needed, and grocery stores are a short drive away. It's a nice but strenuous walk to the beach (many stairs!), and a beautiful neighborhood to go for a walk and to sit on the porch with morning coffee. There's perhaps only one thing we could recommend for improvement: The bedrooms could really use ceiling fans for the warm(er) months in summer through September. Bedrooms tended to be a bit stuffy, and it would have been helpful for more restful sleep. Thanks for a great stay!

Sparkling clean

Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Towels and beddings smell and feel professionally laundered. The community pool, park, access to beach, nice walking paths, made our stay very enjoyable. Property management was very responsive, which was much appreciated the night the digital lock failed and we we couldnt get in after watching the drone light display on the 4th of July.

Fantastic neighborhood, walk to the beach, would definitely stay again

We stayed here for five nights with my sister‘s family. The cottage is very charming like the photos. Having the little carriage house for my daughter and her cousin to stay in was a lifesaver. It was actually so nice to have the teenagers away from everyone with all their messes in late nights. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and I even let my kids go play at the park with their teenage sister and I felt fine about it. We thought we would always drive to the beach because of the many flights of stairs required to access it, but we ended up never driving once. It really wasn’t that bad. You’ll have to take about 150 stair steps in total to get from the home to the beach. The kids did fine with it. We just made sure everyone had gone to the bathroom before leaving the house! It’s a very nice beach, never crowded. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs and we cooked for the kids several nights. As far as cleanliness goes, no issues, except a few hairs in each of the bathrooms. The master toilet seat was not attached to the toilet so that was a little bit tricky, but I let management know so hopefully that should be fixed. One other thing to note is that the fireplace is connected to the thermostat and will turn on and off depending on the temperature. It freaked us out a little bit thinking one of the kids was turning it on. Overall, excellent property, perfect cute little neighborhood with walkable coffee and great beach access.

This is a beautiful property. Our stay was okay. We required maintenance while we were there and even though we reached out multiple times and waited 3 days, no maintenance came to correct the issue.
