Relax and unwind in the quiet, serene neighborhood of Crescent Lake. Conveniently located within a mile of downtown St. Petersburg, FL, this studio apartment is the best choice for a quick getaway or for an extended business trip. Featuring a queen bed and a twin bunk over a dedicated workspace, free wifi and ice cold air!
Beaches are just 20 minutes away, historic Sunken Gardens is right down the street, at least a dozen major museums within a 5 mile radius, easy access to Tampa and the I-4 corridor to Orlando and all it's theme parks.
Crescent Lake is less than half a block away with tons of green space, a substantial playground and a great neighborhood dog park for your canine companion.
Only Guest at time of reservation are allowed to stay the night. All other guest must leave no later than 10:00 a.m.

Please keep the place as clean as possible upon leaving. Place all used towel in the bathroom laying on the tub. Leave used beds, including sofa bed, unmade. Please empty all garbage and place in the outside trash bins.

NO WILD OR LOUD PARTIES. If we are notified by the Neighbors, or the Police are called to the house. You and your guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

Pet Policy's If you have a pet with you, they must be listed as a guest in your booking in order to pay the $100 pet fee. All your Pet's doggy Poo Must be cleaned up by you, and please do not allow your pets to dig holes. If our Cleaners have to clean up after them and report holes in the yard it will cost you an additional $250.

Unit Had Not Been Cleaned

We arrived at the unit after dark. The unit set back from the street and the entrance to the unit was not well lit. Opening the lockbox with a cell phone flashlight required some juggling. Once in, we were surprised and disappointed to find the unit had not been cleaned: bed disheveled with dirty sheets and towels on the floor in the bathroom. Trying to connect with VRBO or owner was not easy. As it was late and could not connect with anyone, we made the decision to book a hotel. Once in the hotel, and after some more effort on my part to request a refund, I was able to talk to someone at VRBO, who after some pressure on my part, connected me with the owner. Owner offered another unit, but as it was after 11PM, and we were then in a hotel, I declined the offer. I was refunded the next morning.

Beautiful area

The best part of my stay is walking around beautiful Crescent Lake a couple times a day. The white pelicans are so beautiful. It’s a great place to stay when you are traveling with your canine friend.
