3/2 SFH w. Private pool/dockage/quick Gulf access

Catch-n-relax at our wonderful 3/2 SFH with dockage, tiki hut and private pool in the heart of the Florida Keys. Enjoy a cup of coffee or margarita on the balcony watching the sunrise/sunset.

The master has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Each of the two guest rooms have a queen bed and there is a full guest bathroom in hallway.

Cook your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen and or propane bbq outside.

There is 50 ft of dockage for your boat. plenty of trailer parking space as well as parking for your vehicles under the carport.

This home sleeps 6 in beds and legally can sleep 8 guests. You would have to bring an air mattress if 8 guests.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS!

We had a wonderful family trip. Katie was super responsive whenever we needed her to help with any issues and had great communication. The house itself was great, the master is huge, the two other bedrooms are on the smaller side but worked for us. The stairs are steep going into the home so prepare for a leg workout daily!! The pool and pool deck were perfect! Our only two complaints were that the stairs are only in the front of the property which makes it a pain when coming out of the pool or off the boat, you have to go through the front gate to go upstairs. And the other issue was the dock is pretty high so when packing the boat (if you don’t have a huge boat - we have a flats) getting things in and out is a challenge. Other than that there were plenty of hoses on the dock and a filet table which made things great! There’s also a small freezer on the side of the house that was perfect for keeping extra bags of ice! Overall it was a perfect stay for us! Thank you!
