Restored W. Grand Blvd duplex home. Comfortable two bedrooom plus den plus one bath home. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite den. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The home is fully stocked with all of the comforts of home. Off-street parking. Full size washer/dryer in the basement. Large basement with lots of space and natural light for storage. The home has a new central A/C.
Located along W Grand Blvd at W. Warren and adjacent to the I-94 entrance to downtown Detroit (less than 10 mins away).
