Tropical island style pool home

This dog friendly, cozy split plan home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is located on a deep water sailboat canal and has a heated screened pool for winter swimming - THE HOT TUB IS NOT FUNCTIONAL - minutes from Charlotte Harbor then a nice ride out to the Gulf of Mexico. House has a 2-car garage and boat lift; it is close to town, some guests walk it. We have a weekly Saturday farmer's market. Punta Gorda boasts many restaurants to choose from and many are dog friendly. Hounds on Henry 1/2 mile from the home is the perfect dog park for your dog to exercise at. FREE bicycles, helmets and bike locks available at Laishley Park, about 2 miles from the home. Our community has a beautifully maintained bike path along Charlotte Harbor and several other bike paths in town. We are minutes from local, grocery stores and the super Walmart. The Punta Gorda airport is under 15 minutes away.

Lovely place to stay in Punta Gorda

This house was a great spot to vacation in Punta Gorda Isles. It was clean and well-stocked with linens. Our family just loved the pool, bright beachy feel, and convenience to Punta Gorda. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

January getaway

My wife and I spent January in Dave and Susan’s rental house and it was awesome!!! Dave and Sue took care of anything we needed and the house worked out great. The heated pool was a major bonus as well! Will definitely rent from them again.

Stay in paradise

The property worked out perfectly for my wife and I which were vacationing from Michigan. The home was very well furnished, clean and in a great location. The pool and hot tub were warm, clean and were perfect for our needs. This home couldn't have worked out better for us. We visited for about 3 weeks, Sue and her husband (our host's) were awesome to work with. We didn't need for anything and they were very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in the southern Florida Gulf side. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this property, the property and host's are great and we would certainly stay here again.
