About this property
Fully renovated centrally located house by river.
Our home is located in the heart of New Braunfels less than 1/2 a mile from Schlitterbahn and the golf course, 1.5 miles from either the Comal or Guadalupe river and Gruene Historical District and 2 miles from downtown New Braunfels. This house was built in 1938 and my father and I spent a year remodeling the interior adding a bathroom and really making this an awesome place to stay during your vacation!
