1 bathroom fully renovated, plenty of storage areas, 2 car garage w/driveway parking, large back yard fenced in with a fire pit, private street, very quiet neighborhood. Upstairs - patio with furniture and a gas barbecue grill with a 10ft umbrella. The downstairs patio has table and chairs
