Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out at 10 am. If you need more time, please request extra time in advance to avoid a late check out fee at $50/hour.
Please sort and separate trash-land fill from recyclables, paper, cans, water/glass bottles, to void overflowing trash. Leave some trash bin space for the next guest.
Report missing, broken and malfunctioning items, we would like to have enough time to repair and restore them for next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Share the chores: take out trash bins on Monday evening, bring them back on Tuesday evening. When you can't do the tasks, kindly inform the host.
Conserve energy - Always turn off AC/Heating/Lights when going out
Strict quiet hours between 10 pm and 9 am. Respect and be considerate to the local residents and our neighbors.

Great place to stay! Walking distance to Disneyland. The home was large and comfortable on the inside. Plenty of room for the dogs outside. It had everything we needed for a fantastic Disneyland vacation.

Very nice, clean space. Tons of space, 2 primary bedrooms w/ on suite bathroom. Easy check in and check out, minimal work needed to maintain. Fairly close to Disneyland, but still 1.7miles from door to gate. Not a big deal but can be a distance, although value is there for a big group. Highly reccomend!

Communication was excellent with host and we were able to check in early. The house is close to Disneyland but it would be a bit of a walk to get there due to the route you’d have to take to get there. It suited our needs perfectly.

I feel conflicted writing this review. Upon checking in, there was no hot water. I messaged our host immediately and was given minimal instructions on getting the pilot light on the water heater restarted. It was frustrating not having any hot water until the following morning. Jump ahead a day, and one of the showers would not turn off. The knob would just spin and spin. We turned off the main water to the house and messaged the host to address the issue before we returned in the evening. Thankfully it was addressed and everything was in working order upon coming back to the house.

Thanks Andi for the feedback. As a responsive host, I replied to Andi's reporting at 8:24 pm, within a few minutes even though I was on my own vacation 7.5 thousand miles away. The outdoor water heater's pilot light was unfortunately blew out by strong Santa Ana wind before her checking in. It has never happened once in the past 14 years. I gave Andi video instruction to relight the pilot light and follow the instruction on the water heater, so she didn't have to wait next day until my handyman show up to relit the pilot light. A small task like this could mean different things to different people, I totally got it. Luckily Andi successfully got the water heater working again, not having to wait another 12 hours. At another day, my handyman fixed the shower knob same day she reported the issue. We can't anticipate or control when small maintenance incidents like these occur, what I can assure of all my guests is, we stand by readily to get things back to normal ASAP, which people can always rely on us. In addition, w are flexible to accommodate all your reasonable needs. We are honored to be of service.

Spacious, comfortable home. Great location for visiting Disneyland or the California beaches or exploring Orange county. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen is great too. You can see the Disneyland fireworks from the back yard, they are so close you feel like you are in the front row. Amazing restaurants within 15 minutes in any direction. Uber was less than 5 minute wait.

The size of the house and proximity to Disneyland are wonderful. The house could use some tlc. Some of the cabinet doors are loose and the grill doesn't work correctly.

Great Anaheim Stay

From start to finish this was a great stay for the Disney Parks. The house is located about 20 minutes from parks, walking and about a 5 minute Uber or Cab ride. We enjoyed the nightly fireworks, pool table, comfy beds and the owner is fantastic. The neighbors are very friendly and it is in a very safe and lovely neighborhood.
