Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. We liked the location. It was on beach and 1st floor. The pool was refreshing and because we stayed over on a Saturday night, quiet on Sunday because most people were leaving. Pillow choices were great. Beds were noisy when moving and air conditioner woke us up each time it kicked on. It was not worth the final price of 199.99 for an overnight stay.

It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.

This property is starting to show some signs of age, but it is very clean, and location to the oceanfront is great.

Upon arrival to my room, there were dirty linens on the floor in the corner, a broom, and dust from air conditioner all over the floor. The property manager did respond immediately. She also provided a cleaning fee refund along with another room. The new room was clean and comfortable enough.
