We are a new listing that is the perfect property for boat owners!! Bay access located behind Pig Island in St. Joseph Bay perfect for fishing, snorkeling, scalloping, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house boasts a King suite and 2 queen bedrooms perfect for 3 couples or a family of 7(cot included for small child or adult)
Add the additional downstairs queen studio for up to 9 guests. Enjoy sunrise bay views from the porch which is accessed from two bedrooms and living room. We have a fenced in yard with a fire pit which is great for pets.
 Located next door to San Flea Rentals, this house comes with up to $300 worth of equipment for the week to enjoy bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, canopies and fishing equipment--they have it all! We are a short walk to the beach and we are about a mile from the Cape Trading Post.

***STUDIO SPACE*** We also have a one bed/one bath downstairs studio with separate entrance that includes a full size fridge and microwave if more room is needed for an additional fee. This studio can also be rented seperatly.

Wonderful stay Thanksgiving Week!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this house Cape San Blas. House was very clean and well stocked, close to ice cream and coffee (the essentials). Our pups enjoyed the fenced area. Highly recommend.

My name is Stacy Griffin and I am the owner and on site property manager for "Catch of the Bay". I am a single mom from Dothan, Alabama. This is my first endeavor in the vacation home rental business and I couldn't think of a better place to start my new career. Cape San Blas has always been a special place to me. The beauty of the cape doesn't even compare to any beach along the Florida panhandle. I enjoy reading, spending time with my two girls, and being in nature-of course the beach being my favorite. I hate to say "the secret is out" and I really hope you come to love the cape as much as I do!

What makes this property unique

We have a shared boat dock which makes it great for boat lovers! Our Bay is beautiful with so much to explore. We are also a short walk to the beach so it truly is the best of both worlds!
