Beautiful Scenery

Very clean and had everything we needed. Took our two grandchildren and two dogs and all of them had a blast. Not only did we get to see beautiful sunsets every evening we were blessed to wake up to a beautiful rainbow over the ocean and seen dolphins jumping all while sitting on the deck.

Wonderful property!

We lived staying in Aqua Essence 3. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked well with every we needed to bake, fry, or grill. Best of all, the beach view is amazing and the walk was minimal. We’ll be back next summer for sure!

Perfect Stay

I really loved the Aqua Essence. The pictures don't do it justice, the house was spotless and really cute and beachy. The beds were really comfortable too and the kitchen was really well equipped. Best of all, the beach right in front. It was very beautiful, we loved the front, gated porch and our dog did, too. Amazing sunsets. Can't wait to return.

Check in was easy. Home was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well appointed and met our needs. Bedrooms were small and a bit cramped but we were fine. The location could not have been better. The only problem we experienced was the electronic door lock malfunctioning but the property manager was very quick in resolving the matter.

This property is a bit more outdated than I thought from the pics. The A/C upstairs definitely needs to be updated, as the bedrooms stayed pretty warm.LOVE the paint colors, very airy and light feeling!The sofa had a good bit of remaining pet hair from the previous renter, so that was a bit discouraging, but otherwise pretty clean.

Can't Wait to Go Back!

This was our fourth trip to Cape San Blas and our third year at the Aqua Essence. As always, the place was very clean and well stocked. They rebuilt the decks since our last stay. The view is wonderful, love the palm trees. There is not as much beach as last time, but we heard they will be re-nourishing it in the next year or so. Our neighbors in Unit 2 have been coming for six years and were very nice. We are already planning our next visit.

Right on the beach!

Dog friendly beach! Beach is clean and well maintained - no seaweed. Shallow and sandy. Unit was average. Kitchen utensils need to be updated as current ones getting worn out. Stairs very steep - difficult for elderly people and older dogs to manoeuvre. Nice to have washer and dryer in unit. A little store (Trading Post) has a pretty good grocery selection - otherwise need to go into Port St. Joe.

Great Location!

My mom, my dog, and I had a great week at Aqua Essence. It’s on a quiet street off the main road. We loved how close the townhouse was to the beach and the easy access to the beach. We hope to go again next year!!

Highly recommend Aqua Essence

The property is the perfect family vacation spot for peaceful family time. Beaches are not crowded and the location is perfect. Great view of beach. The unit is stocked enough for comfort. When we come back to Cape San Blas this is where we will stay.

Fabulous beach

The cottage is in a lovely location, and provided an electrical hookup for our RV, which was an unexpected surprise amenity. Our only complaint was that the bed was not comfortable and was wedged in a nook with walls on three sides, making it difficult to put the linen on the bed. The linen was left folded on the beds for us to make, which may have been a covid precaution, but was very inconvenient. The beach is spectacular, but the apartment could use some renovation especially on the second floor. The obstacles would be less of a problem for renters who are younger than we are!

The house fit our needs perfectly. The view is amazing and the location is great. My family often has vacationed at the Cape and I think Aqua Essence has the best location there is. If I travel to the Cape again with a small group, I will try to stay there.

Beautiful, Quiet, and on the Beach!

We came during a chilly week in January and still loved it. The neighborhood was quiet, which made social distancing very easy. The unit was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with daily necessities. We had a great time shelling and going for beach walks. The sunsets over the water are gorgeous, and you can see the dolphins from the deck. We loved it.

Fantastic view of the ocean. Wonderful sunsets. We spent the afternoon watching Dolphins play. Townhome was pleasant for a very nice retreat. We would love to return.

Peaceful/relaxing beach getaway

Property was right on the beach which was wonderful! Inside was small but still able to accommodate 4 adults well. Loved that it was pet friendly. Needs some updating, but was nice overall. Was not as clean as I would prefer, but cleaning solution was provided. I appreciated the cleaning requirements being listed out; as well as the linens being provided separately in a plastic bag. Overall, very relaxing and peaceful. Loved being able to go right out to the beach!

Fun and family friendly

This was our 2nd trip to cape San blas and it was just as fun as the first one. We loved the family friendly atmosphere and private beaches. Highly recommend to any family wanting a getaway.
