Enjoy beautiful downtown Traverse City in this super cute, second-floor condo that sleeps six. Located just a couple of blocks from West Grand Traverse Bay and downtown Traverse City, this condo is close to everything.

The main floor of this two-level condo is bright and open concept with a living/dining area and a full bathroom. There is a balcony off the dining area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and another full bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has a private balcony.

This is a great location to enjoy everything in Traverse City. Walk to the downtown area for great local shopping or dining. Enjoy the National Cherry Festival, Traverse City Film Festival, and the West Grand Traverse Bay beaches. F&M Park is just across the street with a great playground and an ice rink in the winter.

Our family had a terrific stay in Traverse City and this condo was the perfect home base for all of our activities! The beds were comfortable and it was great to have plenty of space. It's an easy walk into downtown Traverse City or to the waterfront. We made extensive use of the trail system, which is so close to this condo! Comfortable, clean, roomy, quiet, easy parking, with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, two bathrooms - it was awesome! We will definitely want to stay there again if we go back to the area.

Had an amazing stay. Overall the place was clean (under bed needed a little more attention), but only noticed the last day when I dropped something. Great communication and location was near everything. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Delightful stay in early June

We came to town to attend my nephews wedding and needed a place for 5 adults. This property was perfect for the occasion. It was comfortable and clean and easy to access, both centrally located and check in and access to the property were very convenient. We enjoyed the full kitchen in preparing many meals, as well as the ease of access to multiple locations around the area to visit winery, brewery, lighthouse parks and other attractions.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely area, the bathroom door from the small bedroom fell off its hinges. Upstairs bathroom had cracked tile. The maids left wet towels in the washer, the dryer did not work. The icemaker did not work. And overall very disappointed.
