Rooms were clean. Property is really nice with a fenced in back yard which the kids loved. Location is amazing with the beach within walking distance but we took the golf cart that came with the rental. I would definitely book this again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay overall. There were a few things that were a bit irritating the master bedroom didn’t have a dresser nor access to the closet so we had to live out of our suitcase for a week. Not being able to rent the golf cart for a day we were told we would have to rent it for our entire stay. I will say when the grill ran out of propane they were quick to come and replace it the next morning. The location was perfect for us, we dock our boat at treasure island marina which was practically across the street! The home was very close to beach access.

House was super clean and tidy. However, the fridge and icemaker do not work. I called as soon as we arrived and nobody ever showed up to fix it. I took pictures of the guest book where others have complained about the same thing for months. Stay elsewhere.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m not usually one to write reviews but this place deserves it! Absolutely recommend. Very nice home, very clean! Easy communication! While staying we used public parking next to Treasure Island hotel and walked down to the beach. A golf cart is available for rental but was a little more expensive than what we wanted to spend! No water for clean off on public access so we bought a 5 foot hose to hook up in the back yard to rinse off before we went back inside! Had PLENTY of bath linens! A little sparse on kitchen utensils if you plan on cooking a lot. We used the grill a couple times and could have used a better burger flipper but we made it work!! We absolutely plan on coming back! We had the best vacation! I hope y’all do also!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean and tidy but they don't respond or help in any way. They never gave a price to rent the golf cart. The ice maker and fridge didn't work. The guestbook showed previous guests had the same issue so they obviously don't care. They gave us 1 trashbag to use for 4 days.

Hi Drew, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are happy to hear the cleanliness met your expectations and the location suited your needs. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the ice maker. We always do our best to respond to every inquiry as quickly as possible. We usually respond within 2 hours, during business hours. We see that you called at 8:23 p.m. on 10/6 and spoke to our after-hours team. We put in the maintenance request first thing the next morning on 10/7. We only see one other call placed during your stay, that call was answered immediately and you spoke with a team member. We also received the email you sent us at 11:03 am on 10/7 and we did respond at 12:36 pm letting you know that maintenance would be out there later that day to service the ice maker and water filter. Unfortunately, maintenance did report that this issue was not something he would be able to fix and a vendor would need to be scheduled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. However, we were glad to hear the refrigerator itself was not impacted and was in good working order. Please know we do take these concerns very seriously and we always do our best to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this was the first time the issue was reported to our office. We are working diligently to correct it. As for the price of the golf cart, this does depend on the length of stay. We are always happy to give you a quote for that when it is requested. Please also know that we only provide a starter set of trash bags and paper products. We deeply regret if this was unclear in your guidebook. Thank you again for your review and for choosing Blue Swell.
