We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The décor was stylish and welcoming, making it feel like a true home away from home. One thing I really appreciated was the kitchen. It was stocked with quality, up-to-date cookware and utensils—not the flimsy, mismatched items you sometimes find in vacation rentals. I was able to cook meals just as easily as I do at home. The kids had an amazing time enjoying the pool and the game room, which kept them entertained for hours. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Joanne the host was very responsive to our needs during our stay. Highly recommend!

The house and pool were spacious and clean. Lots of patio furniture to relax and eat outside. Plenty of items in kitchen to do cooking for a large family. The ice machine in refrigerator isn’t working but there was an extra refrigerator in garage that helped keep bags of ice and drinks cold. When sending host any questions she was prompt in answering. The children loved the lazy river and water slides at both club houses. A new entry system was being introduced and once they worked the bugs out, it was so easy to reenter the property. My family has stayed at several houses in the Davenport area and this is one of the better homes I have found. I would definitely stay here again.

From start to finish, this was an outstanding stay. Joanne was an exceptional host — responsive, attentive, and easy to reach whenever we needed anything. Any issue that came up was handled quickly and without hassle, which made a real difference. The property itself was spotless, the pool was fantastic, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The location couldn’t have been better. Honestly, it exceeded what we were expecting in every way.If you’re looking for a place where the host genuinely cares and the property delivers, this is it. We’ll absolutely be back.

Oh. I am sorry. There is cable TV. You just have to go to the Spectrum app on the TV and all the channels are there. I will add instructions for that in the house manual so future guests know this.
