This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage is the perfect vacation rental for couples or families of up to 8 people. With a game room that includes a TV, arcade game, and board games, there’s plenty of entertainment for all ages. There’s also a twin bed with a trundle, which can accommodate an additional 2 guests.

The living room is cozy and comfortable, with a sleeper sofa that can easily sleep 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and beautiful finishes, including a large custom window that lets in plenty of natural light.

The bedrooms are decorated with a modern beachy theme, and two of them feature king-sized beds, which give the entire home a luxurious feel. One of the king bedrooms even has its own private bathroom.

Guests will have access to a washer and dryer, as well as beach equipment, making it easy to pack light. The backyard is perfect for outdoor entertaining, with a covered seating area, a boho-style stock tank pool, a grill, and a fire pit. No keys are needed!! Guests will have access to the rental property using smart locks for self-entry, providing a convenient and secure experience. To enter the property, guests can enter the last four digits of their phone number as the code on the lock.
