Only a 5 minute drive to world famous Shoal Bay East beach or Captains Bay. Amazing snorkeling right in your back yard. The Villa is perfect for large families or couples. It offers 3 private levels of living space with multiple balconies overlooking the ocean. The main level with the pool deck and infinity pool that appears to melt into the ocean, also offers one bedroom with full bathroom, a full kitchen and a living room with a sofa sleeper. The top level offers two bedrooms, each with full bathrooms, a kitchenette, living and dining rooms. The bottom level offers a separate entrance apartment with a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette,living with sofa bed and dining room. To make packing easier for our guests, we have also furnished the villa with beach chairs, yeti coolers and cups, beach bags, beach towels, pool and ocean floats. Beach shade canopy, kitchen basics include oils, salt and pepper and basic seasonings. Lots of games including giant jenga and cornhole boards.
