Escape to the Smoky Mountains at the Cardinal’s Perch Cabin. The cabin features everything you will need for a weekend getaway or week-long stay. Fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities for a homecooked meal. Game room with air hockey, arcade game, and 50” TV with enough room for the whole crew to gather for entertainment. Convenient location near Soaky Mountain Waterpark without the heavy traffic, but close enough to all the area has to offer.

Perfect place for great vacation

The neighborhood is nice,clean and quiet! The home was clean,and we were able to be comfortable,and really enjoy ourselves! The view is amazing. And the host is very professional,and stayed in communication when needed!

Great time!

Our family of 8 had an amazing time here. Lots of room to enjoy and spread out. We used the well equipped kitchen for several meals. The cleanliness was superb!!!! The kids loved the air hockey table and loft to hang out in.

Good get away for the price

Property was as advertised, very clean very neat. The decor was nice. The only thing that I would say is the water pressure needs to be better. Plus, it would be nice to have had a hot tub, or a nice back patio to sit around the fire pit. I would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was very nice. Parking was very steep. We ate out so we did not use much in the kitchen. We used the coffee pot. Great place near the outlets and the convention center.

Clean and comfortable

This cabin was very clean and very well put together. We didn't spend a lot of time at the cabin, mostly just mornings and coming back to sleep, but the setup was perfect for our kids (Ages 0 - 5). The older kids slept in the bunk beds and they loved it (Our eldest helped to pick this cabin). Comfort was good, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer work well, and we had a little view of the mountains! All in all a good stay, and we'd definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Great location as it is only 10 minutes from the Sevierville Convention Center. There was an issue but Jimmy responded and it was resolved quickly. Will definitely return next year!!

Must Stay Here!!!

The Cabin was very well maintained and clean. The attention to detail with the towels in the bathrooms were impressive. I also liked the fact that a cleaning tape was over the toilets to let you know that it had been clean, along with unused toilet paper. All of the rooms were spacious and a great open floor plan throughout. The location is not far from the main roads as well, which is a plus. The owner was very timely with his communication, and answered any questions I had. I would definitely rent again!!!

Weekend Trip

Our weekend stay was a resounding success. The cabin was meticulously maintained, with every surface immaculate. There were no discernible issues during our stay. My sons thoroughly enjoyed the hockey table and the bunk beds, while the spacious rooms provided ample comfort. The double living room areas were particularly appreciated. Jimmy’s exceptional communication skills, characterized by prompt and detailed responses, made our stay seamless. I highly recommend this cabin and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return in the future.
