Welcome to parardise! Located in beautiful Maravilla Resort, Unit 4309 is a 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests. This is a pet friendly unit in a pet friendly resort. Maravilla is located in one of the best vacation area's on the Emerald Coast! Our white sandy beaches and emerald green waters are unlike any destination within the United States. Our private beach is only a short walk away! 300 yards to be exact!

We provide complimentary beach service including two chairs and one umbrella with each reservation during the season (March 15th - October 30th). There are two pools and a hot tub located within the resort.........one is beachside and one is just steps away from the condo. Maravilla also offers tennis courts, basketball goals, a shuffleboard court, pickleball and a small fitness area. Charcoal grills are located beside each pool. There is a walking/running/bike trail along Scenic Gulf Dr. that attracts many especially in the morning hours. Maravilla is conveniently located in a prime area for all activities in Destin and the surrounding area! There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Shopping, golf, and much much more are right around the corner!!

This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.

In lieu of a damage deposit, a $59.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1500. Fee will show up on payment page as an admin fee.

If you are booking a pet friendly home/condo please specify what type of pet you would like to bring (breed and size).

Maravilla Fun!

Our family has always loved staying at Maravilla and this condo did not disappoint! Location was great! Close to the back pool, dog park and the walk to the beach was minimal! Looking forward to our next stay here!

Nice clean condo. Well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs are a great thing to have included. Mattress could be a little better, a bit lumpy but not the worst I’ve ever endured.

Pet Friendly and Beach Service Included

Mainly rented this condo because my chihuahua was traveling with us. Very clean, with everything you need. I would have preferred a regular coffee maker. There was a lot of painting going on at the property so we had to work through that but all in all a pleasant stay. A beach service for 2 included in the price was a plus.

The condo was fine. It was clean and well stocked. The only real issue was the noise from other units. We heard every step the family in the unit above us took. And they had a very high step count! We could also hear the sliding glass doors opening and closing in other units. Wow was it continual and loud.I would rent this unit again as long as it was off peak season and other units were empty.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo with everything we needed! No ocean view but beautiful palm trees. Prefer regular coffee maker and hotter water. Also, the above condo was excessively loud with kids running and furniture scraping floors. We would definitely return to a 4th floor condo. Love the complex and area!

Maravilla is one of my favorite places to stay. This is my second time staying in the complex but first time in this condo. It was perfect. Super clean and close to the pool in the back of the complex. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the essentials. I had one little issue with the coffee pot and it was resolved immediately by the host. Keep in mind this condo does not have a beach view but sitting on the balcony was very relaxing especially with the palm trees. It is a short walk to the beach and I love the fact that beach chairs are included in the stay and it’s dog friendly.
