Our Destin Fl Rentals consist of an elegant third floor unit #2301 (VRBO Listing #850) and our popular ground floor #2106, both in the Gulf front building, #2, facing the Gulf of Mexico. Maravilla is a 33 acre resort, with the largest, unobstructed beach on Miramar . When you visit our all inclusive website, you will find a slide show of the amenities for Maravilla and a THINGS TO DO IN DESTIN page.
MARAVILLA RESORT is a gated community with two pools, hot tub, tennis court, basketball, shuffleboard, fitness room, clubhouse, beach volleyball and a 2.5 acre beach. We are centrally located to all local activities and restaurants. We also have an onsite property manager, and a wonderful beach attendant.
Maravilla 2106 is just close enough to the Gulf side pool for you to enjoy it's proximity and not the noise. You have a beautiful patio with bistro table and two comfortable chaise lounge chairs, you can relax listen to the surf, read a book and watch the kids play. Yet, you are steps to the sandy beah ,the pool, and grills. We also provide a bucket of beach toys and FOUR chairs/umbrella set upS waiting for you each morning of your visit (seasonal/March-October). There is a porte-cochere for loading and unloading and a parking space right at your door, no need for elevators. PARK AT YOUR FRONT DOOR. luggage carts available.
You are within walking distance of the popular beachside restaurant Pompano Joe's and Kenny D's. There is a walking/biking path that runs for miles alongside Scenic Gulf Drive and the Beach.

We love that MARAVILLA is a family oriented, pet friendly complex in Destin, with the largest and most beautiful private beach. The grounds is also home to a tennis court, basketball goal, and two swimming pools. Maravilla is a gated community with a security guard on site as well.
What makes this property unique
Unit 2106, being a ground floor unit , affords you the option of walking out your front door directly to the pool, grills and the beach, and also with a view of the Gulf. We have a patio furnished with bistro table, two chase lounges and ceiling fan for those warm July days. Sit back , read a book, sun bath and watch your children play on the front lawn or swim in the pool.
2106 is next to the portico, convenient for loading and unloading your luggage. There is also a bike rack in the portico. And you park right at your front door.
Maravilla 2106, ground floor, is located in the Gulfront Building #2, walk straight out the door onto the crosswalk to the gate for Maravilla.
