Riverfront One-Bedroom Getaway

Manatees swim by...

If you can get past the neighborhood, it's not a bad spot. This apartment is centrally located which is why I chose it as I was seeing clients for work. Positives: The host (Fred) is great, it backs right up to the river, you can watch lizards and manatees all day, comfortable bed, air conditioning works well, good price.Negatives: Weird neighbors, thin towels, kitchen is not really set up for cooking, furniture is mostly particle board and cardboard.

Everything as Advertised and Great Host.

Great little place in a centrally located gem of a neighborhood. The unit was exactly as shown in pictures, and the entire property was gated. Communication with Robert the host was flawless. He went out of his way to accommodate me, offered suggestions of things to do, places to eat, and made the whole process of checking in & out seamless. The area around the place is great, with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and things to do. Best part is the area isn't commercialized so most of the places are unique small business type places. Right across the street is an area with multiple food trucks serving some great food. I was there mainly for Wynwood and it was a quick 5 minute uber ride away. All in all, there isn't a single thing I would complain about.
