Just a short 10-minute drive from Hwy 76 'Strip' and a convenient 20-minute drive from Silver Dollar City (depending on traffic, of course!). Nestled within the secure, gated Pointe Royale Golf Village neighborhood.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas with a lovely mantle and special touches through the entire space. My sisters and I loved the cocoa bar, coffee bar and the serene, enclosed porch- complete with beautiful lights. The attention to extra details made this the best vacation rental we’ve visited!

Water’s Edge was the perfect spot for a long family weekend away. We enjoyed spending early mornings and evenings on the porch watching the river and occasional fly fishermen. Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated for the fall. The furniture was nice, clean and comfortable. We hope to stay again soon. Thank you for welcoming our family and the opportunity to make memories.

We loved the condo. It is very clean, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, comfortable recliners in the living room, tv streaming. There was a restaurant close for breakfast. My favorite was the covered patio that looks out on the beautiful trees and river. It was very peaceful!! I hated to leave!! My husband and I travel several times a year and usually stay in VRBO properties. This is my favorite out of all of the places we have stayed. Hope we have the opportunity to go back. I would highly recommend this property.

The location is perfect! We were within 20 minutes of any location we visited. We enjoy the quietness and sitting on the screened in porch watching the lake flow past the condo. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are good size for all our luggage. Parking is always plentiful and convenient. We just love this condo in Pointe Royale.

Great spot on the White River

This property is right on the White River. The screened in back porch was assume to just sit and listen to the River, view nature and watch the fishermen float by fishing for trout. Very peaceful and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the area spacious enough for the family. Definitely would rent again!

We loved our stay! We arrived after a long drive, the room temp was perfect, there was soft lighting and the fireplace was on. We were tired and it all felt so welcoming. (I almost cried, TBH.) You always hold your breath a little until you see what you've rented. Walking in was such a wonderful relief! The unit was beautifully decorated. And how could you not love that screened porch?? The weather was cool, but the porch was warm and sunny in the afternoon and we enjoyed it every day. Would like to share that we noticed a musty/wet smell, which seemed to be coming from the guest bedroom closet area. It was noticeable when you walked in the door. We did not notice anything leaking. Everything was in working order - the washer and dryer was a huge perk (they look brand new). Nice coffee-maker, dishwasher - and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. 2 nights during our stay the party above us was very loud (sounded like they were stomping, running back and forth, dropping things) until around 11p. It might be helpful to have more clear expectations about quiet time. Loved the walking trail and didn't know about that until we arrived. It could be an attractive feature for advertisement. The check-out instructions were very minimal. Our stay was overall lovely, peaceful, relaxing - just what we needed. Thank you!

Wonderful condo

We absolutely loved this condo! Very clean and modern. The screened in porch over looking Lake Taneycomo was amazing! Even in late June with temps in the 80s and 90s you can relax out there with the cool breeze coming off the lake. My kids loved the trial along the lake right outside of the condo. My only complaint and the only reason I would think twice about staying again was the noise coming from the unit above us. We have kids and know about noise but this was something else and especially bad over the weekend. I know this is not the owner’s fault but it was a down side non the less.
