I've spent half my life traveling throughout mainland Mexico and the Baja. Once I landed in Cabo, I never left. Completed in 2010, Villa Marcella represents my dream home and should you choose to stay, it will be an experience like no other, one that you will hopefully want to repeat time and time again.

The Pedregal is an upscale gated community known as the "Beverly Hills" of Cabo, which is in short walking distance from downtown Cabo San Lucas. Villa Marcella is located on the quiet Pacific side of the Pedregal where the only sound is that of the ocean waves crashing on the shore.
What makes this property unique
The Pedregal is the #1 upscale residential community in Cabo San Lucas. Walk out the door of Villa Marcella and your toes are in the pristine Pedregal Beach where you can take romantic walks down the shoreline, jog the 1 mile stretch of beach, fish from the shore for Rooster fish, or just grab your book and read while relaxing in your beach chair under the umbrella or Coconut Palm with a delicious cold beverage of your choice in your hand.
