We are Lisa and Alex. We own a Design Build firm in San Francisco. Up until last year, we worked with outside clients. We now are doing work on our own properties. We love hosting which allows us more freedom to travel ourselves.
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is incredible. We live a half block to Irving Street (shopping, coffee shops, tons of restaurants, and anything you might need during your visit - including a gourmet grocery store a block away (Andronicos). We also live 1.5 blocks from the best area of Golden Gate Park (formal entrance is 9th Ave @ Irving). You can walk to the Academy of Sciences, DeYoung Museum, Japanese Tea Garden and Stowe Lake (Blue Heron Lake) where you can rent paddle boats to explore the island.
What makes this property unique
We have owned our home in the Inner Sunset for almost 30 years. We upgraded everything during the first 5 years of moving in. After renting the property for almost 15 years, we moved back in 2022 and are working on improvements again. We love the Victorian charm of our home, and we love adding contemporary details. We hope you will enjoy it as well.
