As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious, inviting living area with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. EXPECTATIONS MET

This property in Rotonda Lakes is a quaint well laid out home. Property is nicely tucked into a quiet neighborhood and is surrounded on all sides by lush trees and local growth. The master bedroom with ensuite with walkin shower and adjoining walkin closet was perfect. Tho other 2 bedrooms, 1 with full bath were generous in size ( I would suggest consider replacing box spring on this bed system). The 3rd bedroom with computer table was good. The lanai and saltwater pool were excellent and the latter heated to our expectation. Kitchen fully stocked and in good condition. The owner and rental agent Sabina responded to any question immediately and were helpful to the max; they were eager to please and most friendly..a very good visit.

Wonderful House & Host

The photos are about as accurate as you could ask for. Actually, 2 of the bedrooms were larger than we initially believed from the photos. Cups, plates, utensils, pots, basic spices, etc. were provided. The only "negative" comment that could make is that there were no pans; however, nothing $10 & a quick 5 min drive to Walmart couldn't fix, especially since I was going to get some grocery items anyway & I had promised the kiddos pancakes. This home is in a residential community, so it is very quiet at night, but all the neighbors were very friendly. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. My husband accidently left a load of our laundry in the dryer, and while we are paying shipping, the hostess who already bagged them up and was saving them for us, is going to take the time to ship them to us since we are from Pennsylvania. We would definitely stay here again.
